My name is Natasha, but my friends (now including you) call me Tash. I lead curious individuals and groups through various styles of Yoga and Sacred Ceremony as a way to help us connect and better understand our bodies, minds and tendencies.
What drives me is my own desire to know myself and those around me more deeply.
I am inspired by my own journey to uncover my voice, purpose and authenticity. Through Yoga, Kambo, Cacao and Authentic Relating as well as being open to all kinds of opportunities for connection, Iโve experienced profound shifts and am continuing to create a life that brings me joy.
I am fueled by my dream that we lift the veil between us so that we may show up in our relationships as our truest selves, scars and all, standing in integrity, ready to co-create a beautifully aligned life.
